Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, major credit cards and most dental insurance plans. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. When more extensive dental care is necessary, financial arrangements can be made with our office.

Dental Insurance

As a service to our patients, our office accepts most dental insurance plans and will be happy to prepare the necessary forms for your dental plan. It is important to note that your policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company and we are not involved in that contract. Please remember that you are responsible for all costs should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. Our office will be glad to submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company in order that you will know what your benefits should be.

Dental plans vary greatly in the types and amounts of coverage. Some pay benefits promptly, and others may delay payment for many months. Fees charged to those insured are the usual and customary fees charged to all of our patients for similar services.
